Residential Rental Licenses

The City of East Bethel requires the licensing of all rental properties to protect the public welfare and improve the City's housing stock. The purpose is to address health and safety issues and to ensure that renters have a safe, sanitary and properly maintained dwelling for occupancy.

Rental licenses are issued for two-year terms and are transferable.
